Street Art
What
On its 25th anniversary, Marisquiño presents a renewed edition of its urban art section. There will be a main wall of 45 linear meters where large-format murals will be painted, in addition to interventions in skate and BMX parks, booths, and other elements of the venue.
The proposal is completed with a Free Wall for invited local artists and graffiti workshops during Family Day.
Where
The main wall is located this year at the back of the World Cup Skateboarding circuit, right on the Samil promenade. The rest of the interventions will extend across different spaces of the festival.
When
From August 8 to 10, 2025, the different spaces will be intervened by the invited artists and the OM writing team.
Additionally, Family Day will be held on August 7, with graffiti workshops for the general public, especially targeting young people and families.
Who
The names of the invited artists who will participate in this edition have already been confirmed:
- Miedo 12 (Valencia): a legend of technical graffiti influenced by German wild-style and Japanese anime.
- Nem (Fuenlabrada): a global reference in urban lettering, with a presence in Europe, America, and Latin America.
- BASE (Vigo): a young local artist whose work originates from graffiti and evolves towards contemporary muralism.
The writing team is coordinated by Pow, who, along with O'Ras and Asten, lead the artistic team responsible for the interventions throughout the venue.
