Julián es uno de los grandes referentes del BMX freestyle adaptado. A sus 25 años, ha logrado consolidarse como embajador de esta disciplina, participando en eventos de relevancia internacional y dejando huella con su estilo y determinación.
Perdió una pierna a los 7 años debido a un accidente, y desde entonces encontró en el deporte no solo una vía de rehabilitación, sino también un propósito de vida. El BMX se convirtió en su forma de expresión, movilidad y superación.
Entre sus logros más destacados se encuentran haber sido reconocido como MVP en el evento Vans The Circle, así como en dos ediciones de los Real X Games. Además, obtuvo el segundo lugar en la primera competencia de PARABMX en 2023 y cuarto lugar en la edición de 2024, consolidando su posición entre los mejores del mundo.

Born in Málaga, Juanje has more than ten years of experience in adapted BMX. Since the beginning, he has constantly sought ways to adapt his bicycle to his condition. With the collaboration of the renowned rider Rubén Alcántara, he designed his own handlebars, which allowed him to take his riding level much further and compete alongside riders with different types of abilities.
Today, Juanje is considered the main reference for adapted BMX in Spain and a prominent figure internationally. One of his most important achievements came in 2021 when he was awarded the MVP award at the Vans The Circle event, a recognition that marked a turning point in his career, projecting him to the world stage of BMX.
