BIG AIR
What
Big Air raises the bar for Marisquiño once again with one of the most spectacular exhibitions at the festival. A selection of some of the best MTB and BMX riders will gather at Samil Beach to defy gravity with a succession of impossible tricks, huge jumps, and pinpoint landings in a free admission show designed to leave the audience looking up at the sky.
A discipline in which progression, creativity, and commitment come together to deliver one of the most iconic images of Marisquiño.
Where
Big Air will be located, once again this year, in the north area of the Samil Beach venue, next to the Freestyle Motocross track. Its imposing structure will once again become one of the main focal points of the festival, offering a unique setting to enjoy some of the best MTB freestyle tricks.
All of this on top of a vertigo-inducing structure: from a 12-meter-high platform, the riders will reach more than 50 km/h down a ramp with a 45% incline, before taking off from a 3.5-meter jump to land on a 10 x 14-meter airbag, an installation that allows them to push tricks to the limit with maximum safety.

How
Throughout the entire weekend, the riders will put on show sessions in which they will aim to push their own limits with a combination of height, style, and the most spectacular MTB and BMX tricks. With no competitive pressure, the format focuses on the spectacle, allowing athletes to take risks and innovate to deliver a unique show for the Marisquiño audience.
