Terms and conditions of participation
I voluntarily participate and give my full authorization to participate in the “Marisquiño” to be held in Vigo in August 2026, being in full and adequate physical and mental condition for such participation.
I have received sufficient information about the characteristics of the planned activity and the physical requirements, as well as the risks involved in such activity.
By signing this document, I accept the competition rules and safety regulations that the organizer deems appropriate, reserving the right for the organizer to change the evaluation method at any time, and participants cannot demand a specific evaluation method.
I am aware that participating in the event entails certain risks for me arising from the practice of the test in which I am participating, and neither Ulises Proyect E.E. S.L., nor collaborating companies, clubs, or sponsoring institutions can guarantee my safety.
Knowing these risks, I expressly declare that if I suffer any type of injury, I will not claim damages or losses of any kind against the organizer, Ulises Proyect S.L., collaborating companies or institutions, or event sponsors.
Therefore, I waive any claim for compensation in case of injury, death, or any other harm suffered by myself, as I am fully aware of the risks involved.
Furthermore, I give my explicit consent to Ulises Proyect S.L. to distribute to third parties images of all participants in the competition, without restrictions of date or location, in any technical format, original or edited (including marketing activities).

Processing of personal data - Marisquiño 2026
By this procedure, Ulises Proyect Eventos Especiales S.L. will collect a series of personal data.
You must read this information carefully, as sending any information that contains personal data belonging to you, via email, postal mail, or any other means, whether electronic or not, implies your express acceptance of the conditions contained in this document. Alternatively, your consent may be required through a digital signature system established for this purpose by Ulises Proyect Eventos Especiales S.L., or through handwritten signature on a printed document. The body of the document submission for completion or sending will indicate what the system for accepting the processing of your personal data will be, and these will be accepted simply by sending information or by the signature that is required when appropriate, and if appropriate.
This document is linked to your participation in the Marisquiño Festival, which connects you with Ulises Proyect Eventos Especiales S.L. for your participation as a rider/competitor.
The data collected by the Organization during the entry process will be processed solely for the purposes of meeting legal obligations, both in managing the human resources employed at the festival and for informing public authorities as required by law, or to carry out necessary management or compliance actions with third-party private entities, such as insurance companies, accident mutuals, etc.
The personal data collected for this purpose will not be transferred to third parties except for the described purposes, nor processed in any other way, and will be destroyed once the legally established time period for which Ulises Proyect Eventos Especiales S.L. must retain that data for the fulfillment of its legal and business obligations has been reached.
No other data will be collected other than those required to fulfill the legally established obligations.
Without prejudice to the above, the data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), limitation of processing, portability, and not to be subject to individualized decisions at any time, in accordance with the information sheet that you will find at the end of this document, and without prejudice to the limitation of those rights if they prevent Ulises Proyect Eventos Especiales S.L. from complying with mandatory legal provisions.
The rights of cancellation and deletion may only be exercised once the mandatory legal retention period referred to in the previous paragraph has expired, if the Organization has not already proceeded to destroy the data.
