DMC crowns the winners of its Marisquiño debut

The first Iberian DMC final held at Marisquiño already has champions. Spanish DJ Barret took the win in the Scratch category, ahead of Portuguese DJ Ride, while in Classic the victory went -this time, yes- to DJ Ride, followed by DJ Ricardo and DJ CHK. The competition brought together this Sunday in Samil some of the best specialists from Spain and Portugal, bringing to the festival for the first time one of the world’s leading references in turntablism.

DJ Ride rounded off his great performance by also winning the Open category, with DJ Ricardo in second place and DJ Mil in third. In this way, Barret in Scratch and DJ Ride in Classic and Open secure their ticket to represent the Iberian Peninsula at the DMC World DJ Championships 2026, whose world final will be held in November in London.
