Marisquiño Expands Its Artistic Program for 2026
Urban art will once again take center stage at Marisquiño 2026. And this time, more than ever. From August 6 to 9, Samil beach will host, under the umbrella of M-art, the festival’s space dedicated to artistic creation, a lineup of artists and writers who will coexist with sport, music, and urban culture in a unique setting facing the Atlantic.
With more than two decades as part of Marisquiño’s identity, urban art takes another step forward in 2026 with an expanded proposal. Montana Colors will once again be the official Graffiti brand, Pinturas Proa will take part in the intervention of the festival’s iconic parks, and POSCA will promote new artistic actions that expand the creative content throughout the venue.
Five artists for a large collective mural
The graffiti program will once again be coordinated by Pow One, together with O'Ras and Asten, and will bring together Helio Bray, Bublegum, Mosaik, ZuriK and DUSEM, five artists with very different styles and careers who represent the diversity of contemporary graffiti.
During the four days of the festival, they will carry out a live intervention with Montana Colors cans on a 45-meter free wall located behind the Skate Area grandstand, allowing the public to closely follow the entire creative process.
POSCA adds two special collaborations
The M-Art lineup is completed with two interventions driven by POSCA together with Twee Muizen and Lúa Gándara, about which we will soon share more information. Two proposals that expand the concept of urban art through illustration, installation, and contemporary visual arts.
With this program, M-Art reaffirms its role as one of Marisquiño's major creative spaces, where live art is experienced live and becomes part of the festival experience.
