Basket Junior Participation Rules
Categories and teams
The tournament will have four categories:
- U14 boys and girls (born in 2012 and 2013)
- U16 boys and girls (born in 2010 and 2011)
Maximum of 4 teams per category. Each team will consist of 4 players (3 on court + 1 substitute).
Competition format
- In each category, the 4 teams will play round-robin.
- The top two teams after the group stage will contest the final.
- Each match will last 10 minutes, with the last 2 minutes on stopped time (the clock stops on every interruption).
- Official FIBA 3x3 rules will apply.
Registration
- Price per team: €40 (€10 per player)
- Registration period: From June 4 to July 4, 2026
- Online registration through the official Marisquiño website.
Prizes
The winning teams in each category will receive:
- Medals
- Official Marisquiño products
In addition, all participants will be eligible for prizes in the Two Ball and skills contests.
Conditions to participate
- Boys and girls who meet the age requirement for each category may participate.
- Each team will consist of 4 players.
- Registration of players outside the established age range is not permitted.
- Teams must be accompanied by an adult responsible.
- Matches will take place on the Samil courts on August 7, 8 and 9.
- The FIBA 3x3 regulations will be the applicable rules.
The Marisquiño organization reserves the right to admit or reject registrations.
